Another Loss

Aaron Joseph Johnson went to be with the Lord Saturday evening Aug 29th. He was 13 oz and 11 inches long. He got to hold him for awhile before I went to ICU with septic shock. I am doing better now and expect to go home tomorrow. Thanks to everyone for your prayers!

Heavenly Home!

Baby Allie Lynn was taken to be with the Lord on Tuesday. She is in heaven with our Savior. Baby B who is a boy (no name yet) is doing well. His heartrate is great and has plenty of fluid surrounding him. I am still at St. Vincent Women's Hospital in Indy being treated with antibiotics. The risk of infection is high right now so they are monitoring me well. Thanks for your continued prayers!

Heartbeats!

We heard heartbeats today! Not sure if it was both but Dr. Wickert said everywhere he moved on my belly he heard heartbeats so that was a good sign that both are doing well! Praise God!

11 Weeks!

11 Weeks today! Starting to show a little!

10 Weeks

Tomorrow is 10 weeks! We saw them again on Wednesday. Both babies are getting big and actually look like babies now. They were moving and wiggling. It was so awesome to see them moving around! I tried to upload the ultrasound picture but it didn't work. Sorry!

It's Twins!!!!!!!!!! We saw both heartbeats this morning!

Possibilty of Multiples!

I had another pregnancy test Monday morning and my HCG went from 130 on Friday to 766! It was supposed to double in that time and it went up by almost 6 times. The nurse said sometimes that can mean there is more than 1 baby. We find out on May 18th how many babies there are. We are so excited. Keep praying please!

Birthday Cake!!

My loving husband made me a cake today! I had a very large piece. I told little Isaac Shaw (4years old) that "Miss Jamie only gets to eat cake once a year for her birthday". And he said to me "That's a bad year." I have to agree! But, alas, I have to get back on Weight Watchers tomorrow!

Birthday Fun with Friends!

We had friends over on Valentines Day to celebrate my birthday which is the 16th. We had lots of fun! My friend Annie brought her extra newspapers and handed out lots of extra coupon inserts. I said I would rather have all those coupons on Valentines Day than a romantic dinner out!

Birthday Gift!

Jamie installed a central vacuum system for me today as part of my birthday gift. It is very cool. All I have to do is sweep the dog hair into a port installed in the cabinet near the floor. You can also plug in a hose to it and vacuum all the way into our living room. I have never had more fun cleaning our carpet!

Free Stuff!!!

Check out all the free stuff I got today! I got 20 Soft soaps, 4 pringles, 6 chex mix, 2 frostings, 2 eye make up removers, 1 fusion razor, 1 shampoo, 3 packs rubber bands thanks to Meijer, CVS and Staples!!

Yet Another Van Project!

Jamie took off three days this week to do some modifications to his mobile sharpening van. He is always trying to tweak his set up to gain efficiencies and make his workspace more comfortable. He is a very hardworking guy!

Slumber Party

Friday night Jan. 30th I helped out at the slumber party for the Wednesday night kids of faith 2nd and 3rd grade girls class. I have been helping in that class on Wed. nights all this school year and we had a slumber party at the community center last Friday. This is me and Abbie Shaw. She is my special friend. We had lots of fun eating, doing crafts and playing games and, of course, the girls stayed up half the night!

Saturday Jan 24th

Christine, Annie and I started an accountable/prayer group in June 08. We meet once a month. It has been great getting to know these gals better.

Saturday evening we had friends over. The Boltons and their 4 kiddos and the Shaws and their 2 kiddos. Jamie I had been together for 10 years on that date. Our first date was Jan 24th, 1999. had a really good day that day. Lots of fun with friends!

Fun & Fitness Center Commercial

I was recently in a TV Commercial!! Danny Little, the director of our church's community center asked me to be in a commercial that the center is doing for their Lafayette Top Loser program. Check it out! (There is a loud beep at the beginning when you hit play, beware.)
